No male visitors are allowed inside rooms. However, they can wait in the visitor area with prior permission.
Yes, for safety reasons, we maintain a curfew timing at 09:30 PM, unless special permission is taken.
Our rent includes Wi-Fi, free water, and housekeeping services. Electricity is charged as per room sub-meter.
We do not provide a full meal plan. However, a convenient tiffin service is available for daily meals, or you may use our shared kitchen for self-cooking with a minimal usage charge.

You can call us directly, WhatsApp us, or visit the PG in person to book your room. Minimum booking amount is @2000/- non-refundable but adjurst in your rent.
To book a room, you will need to submit a valid government ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) along with a passport-size photograph. Please note that police verification is mandatory for all residents, and entry to the PG is not permitted without successful verification. This ensures the safety and security of everyone staying with us.
Rent depends on room type. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking equal to rent.
Yes, we accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash payments for your convenience.
Yes, residents can cook their own meals in the shared kitchen available at the PG, with a minimal usage charge.
Our PG has a mandatory 5-month lock-in period for all residents. If a resident chooses to leave before completing this period, the security deposit will be forfeited. This policy is strictly followed, and no exceptions are made.
A one-month notice is required before leaving to adjust your security deposit.
We are just Walk Away 5-7 minutes from Nirman Vihar Metro Station and close to local bus stops. Laxmi Nagar Metro Station is aroung 10-15 minutes walking distance.
Yes, we are centrally located near markets, hospitals, coaching institutes, and colleges for easy convenience.
